3. Enter the correct answer and create a new password.
4. Confirm new password, then "Save".

If you owuld like to cancel your subscription, you can log in to the ProtectaChild admin, click on the 'My Information' tab under the 'My Account' menu and select the 'Deactivate Account' button at the bottom of the page.
